Copyright Policy

Ratespire has established the copyright policy to provide a platform that does not violate the rights of our members. We respect our members' intellectual property rights and demand that all members do the same. All information posted by our members should be legal and not contrary to the rights of others. When you discover something that violates your rights, you must file a complaint regarding the content posted. For more information on how to submit, visit the Help Center.

We will remove content, disable or terminate accounts that violate our copyright policy. This assessment is made under appropriate circumstances and by the Swedish Copyright Act (1960: 729) on copyright. The law is supplemented by the provisions of the Copyright Ordinance (1993: 1 212) and the International Copyright Ordinance (1994: 193). There are provisions in the Copyright Act on what the author's exclusive right means and what is required for something to be protected by copyright.

When we remove content, disable or close accounts, we will notify the person who posted the post so that they have the opportunity to appeal if they believe we have made the wrong decision. To submit an appeal visit our Help Center.
